Lucia Mabasa joined pinpoint one human resources in March 2002. During her first year with pinpoint one human resources, she completed a fast-track mentoring programme to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant. She successfully consulted for a number of private and public organisations. She was appointed Executive Director in January 2005 and since 2010 Lucia is a shareholder and Managing Director of pinpoint one human resources. In this role Lucia actively drives and directs the business in the current dynamic economic environment enhancing its credible reputation for professional and efficient executive search and human capital solutions.
Lucia has in depth experience in HR consulting and in human capital solutions focusing on the executive resourcing of C-suite executives, professionals, specialist and scarce skills.
