Purpose:

To lead a strategic human resources function as a committed business partner to transformation, growth and organisation performance.

This dynamic, fast growing business with an entrepreneurial focus, requires agility, flexibility and the ability to work with ambiguity.

Salary:

R850 000 tctc per annum, negotiable plus performance earnings potential

Additional comment:

Experience in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes that are relevant to the business requirements. Offer strong leadership, guidance and hands-on support as member of the Exco Team to the company.

Minimum requirement:

A relevant and completed degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. A post graduate qualification is advantageous. At least 8 years’ experience in a Human Resources Management role as a generalist.
IMPORTANT: *Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change, organisational design and development and transformation in a medium sized company or division. *Experience gained in an industrial trading, multiple site company. *Coaching and developing of line managers *Credibility gained through business acumen and insights.
