An Executive Leadership role

As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will provide leadership across a portfolio of complex infrastructure initiatives spanning energy, water, transport, ICT, education, and health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive oversight of the design, structuring, execution, and monitoring of flagship infrastructure programmes
  • Lead engagement with financial institutions, CEOs, government entities, and private sector partners to drive implementation and impact.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and steer delivery across high-value, large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Innovate funding models for large, complex and multi stakeholder infrastructure projects including climate finance, blended finance, PPPs, and regional integration frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Infrastructure Development, Engineering, Development Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • 12–15 years’ relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years at an executive leadership level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex infrastructure portfolios within development finance institutions or similar entities.
  • Experience in mobilizing and managing funding from business development to transacting
  • Experience with DFIs, PPP frameworks, and cross-border programme implementation will be advantageous.
