Contact Centre Manager

  • Report to Marketing and Sales Services Manager.
  • Manage  22 Contact staff.
  • Business management of the contact centre.

Location:

Negotiable - based on experience

Purpose:

* Spearhead the contact centre as a central point of contact for diverse stakeholders. * Continuous Business improvement through identifying and executing new project. * Maintain ISO9001 standards. * SAP and Microsoft Suite experience.

Minimum Requirement:

*Either a BA, majoring in Industrial Psychology or Psychology OR a B Com Marketing *10 years contact centre management experience * 5 years management experience * SAP, Cisco, NICE and Exony systems knowledge and skills
