Rebecca Molebatsi joined pinpoint one human resources in 2006 managing many advertisement response handling projects. After she successfully managed these projects, she was appointed as an Assignment Coordinator in 2008. After a short period of six months, she was then promoted to manage the portfolio –
Tender Management. There after she was rapidly promoted to the role of Strategic Support of the Managing Director and the business of pinpoint one.
She continues to deliver and contribute to the growth of pinpoint one through her commitment to the business.
She has developed an in-depth understanding g of executive search and the ancillary value-added services such as assessments and C-Suite Executive coaching. She has the ability to confidently interact with pinpoint one clients ensuring confidentiality and a seamless executive search process.
Rebecca is also responsible for the collation of industry intelligence that enables pinpoint one to deliver on diverse and multiple assignments.
She has successfully project managed bulk recruitment projects taking full accountability for the success of the projects.
Rebecca is experienced in understanding the evolving B-BBEE compliance legislation and regulations and its impact on the business of pinpoint one human resources.
Rebecca’s positive energy and communication skills has resulted in long term client relationships, often providing immediate solutions to client challenges.
